青海湖 位於青海省東北部，距西寧150公里。面積45000平方公里，繞湖一周360餘公里，是我國最大的內陸鹹水湖。湖面海拔3195米，青海湖盛產黃魚。青海湖畔是藏族居住的草原，鮮花盛開，碧草青青，湖光山色相映，景色綺麗。
Qinghai Lake is 3,195 meters above sea level and has an area of 4,200 square Kilometers.It is saline with a 0.6% salt content,the largest inland salt water lake in China.
塔爾寺 位於湟中縣魯沙爾鎮,距西寧40公里,由山門、花寺、小金瓦殿、大經堂、九間殿、班禪行宮、僧舍等漢藏建築風格相結合的古建築群組成，是中國喇嘛教格魯派六大寺院之一，為全國重點文物保護單位。寺院的堆繡、壁畫、酥油花被譽為塔爾寺的“藝術三絕”。
Located at the southwestern corner of the lusha’er Town in Huangzhong County.Ta’er Lamasery
was first built in the 39th year of the reign of jiajing in the Ming Dynasty.It is one of the six temples of Gelugpa Sect of Tibetan Buddhism.It is a Buddhist lamasery combining Tibetan and Han architectural styles,and was built to suit the topography and sits perfectly on the slopes of the mountain.Every year four Great Prayer Festivals are held on the same dates.At the Great Prayer Festivals held on the 15th day of the first month of Chinese lunar calendar beautiful religious legends,and mysterious stories and the three spectaculars of Ta’er Lamasery—butter sculptures,mural paintings and embroidery—attract thousands of tourists.
麥積山 又稱麥積崖，位於甘肅省天水市東南，象農家的麥垛，故名麥積山。石窟開鑿于西元四世紀末葉，經北魏、北周、隋、唐、五代、宋、元、明、清、各個朝代約1500多年的歷史文物，窟龕183個，大小石雕像694身，泥塑82身，壁畫900多平方米。
Maijishan Grottoes lies to the southeast of Tianshui city on a hill nameded Maijishan.The grotto started in the late 4th century A.D,and continued through successive dynasties.There are 194 existing caves,in which are preserved more than 2,000 sculptuers and over 1,000sg.m of murels.Most of them are carved on the sheer precipice.The statues are all lively shaped with rich flavour of life.
拉蔔楞寺 位於甘肅省藏族自治州夏河縣，是我國喇嘛教格魯派六大宗主寺之一，其規模僅次於拉薩的布達拉宮。該寺創建於西元1709年（清康熙四十八年），距現在有270年的歷史。寺院占地1230畝，僧舌萬餘間，可容喇嘛三千多人。拉卜塄寺設聞思、續部下、時輪、醫藥、喜金剛、續部上六大學院。藏書65000多卷，其中佛教大百科全書200多卷。
